Recipe Chicken rolls with sausages
- * chicken breast
- * carnati / cabanos
- * salt and pepper
- * olive oil
- * thyme
Preparation Chicken rolls with sausages:
The chicken breast is cut into pieces, beaten with a hammer, and seasoned. On each piece of meat we put a piece of notched hut at the ends, roll tightly and catch with a toothpick.
We put the rolls obtained in a tray,
sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with thyme.
Add 1/2 glass of water to the pan and bake until golden brown.
