* 400 g of chicken liver
* 1 onion
* 2-3 tablespoons flour
* salt and pepper
* 4-5 cloves of garlic
* milk
Washed and peeled livers are sprinkled with chopped garlic, then covered with milk. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.


The flour is mixed with pepper. The livers are cut into suitable pieces. Cut the onion into 4, then cut into pieces. The skewer sticks are kept in cold water for a few minutes.
The pieces of liver are rolled in a mixture of flour and pepper, then placed on skewer sticks, alternating with onions.


Brown on a hot grill, greased with a little oil.
Serve immediately with a tomato salad. 🙂
