* 1 chicken breast
* vegetable mixture (corn, green beans, broccoli, red bell pepper, carrot)
* 2 eggs
* 50 g butter
* 100 ml milk
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 200 g sour cream
* 50 g cheese
* salt and paprika

Melt the butter in a bowl over low heat. Set aside, add flour and mix vigorously. Dissolve with milk and put back on the fire and boil until it thickens a little. Add the grated cheese on a small grater and sour cream. Leave to cool. Beat the eggs very well with a pinch of salt and incorporate them into the composition. I think a little chopped green dill would have worked in the egg composition

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place in a pan greased with a little butter. Cover with a layer of vegetables and season with salt and paprika.
