* 1 chicken breast
* 1 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 300 g mushrooms
* 1 cup meat soup
* 1 cup tomato juice
* 150 g yogurt
* 1 tablespoon flour
* salt and pepper
In a plate, mix the flour with salt, pepper and paprika.
We give the diced chicken breast through this mixture.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, lightly fry them in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the meat cubes. Stir continuously until the meat begins to brown.
Add meat broth and tomato juice, then sliced mushrooms. Cover and simmer over low heat.
When the cup is cooked, add the yogurt, mix well and boil a few more.
Serve hot, on a bed of mashed potatoes at home. 🙂
