* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 500 g chives
* 500 g chicken
* 3-4 cloves of garlic
* 1 kg of tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
* 1 cinnamon stick
* 2 cloves
* 2 bay leaves
* 1/2 cup white wine
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* freshly ground pepper
In a frying pan, sauté the chives in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until lightly browned.
Put the pieces of meat in a cauldron and lightly brown them in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add sliced garlic and finely chopped tomatoes and sauté together with wine, salt, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves.
Boil on low heat for 1 hour and a half without stirring. It can be put in the oven.
When it is ready, remove the cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves.
