* 8 chicken wings
* 8 cloves of garlic
* 500 ml of milk
* salt and pepper
The wings seasoned with salt, pepper, rosemary and crushed garlic are put in a bowl
and milk is poured over them.
The meat should be covered with milk, if necessary add a little more milk.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.
Bake on the grill or in a pan in a little oil, as desired.
I preferred the first option.
I served it with corn, zucchini and ripe tomatoes.
