
* 1 chicken breast
* 2 apples
* juice from half a lemon
* 100 ml apple juice
* 50 g butter
* 1 cup meat soup
* 2 tablespoons sour cream
* 1 tablespoon mustard
* salt and pepper
* Paprika
* thyme
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. The apples are cut into quarters or thicker slices, the seeds are removed and sprinkled with lemon juice.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the meat and fry on all sides.
We take it out on a plate and keep it warm. Add the apples and thyme and heat them a little.


Put the meat again and quench with apple juice and meat soup. Let it boil for a while. Put sour cream and mustard and mix well. Simmer over low heat until it begins to thicken.
Serve hot.
