* 1 chicken breast
* 2 small celery roots
* 1 large onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 cup chicken soup
* 200 g sour cream
* salt and pepper
Chop the onion and finely chopped garlic a little, until soft, in a few tablespoons of olive oil, stirring constantly. Add the chicken soup and the diced chicken breast and simmer for a few minutes.
Cut the celery into small pieces or place on a small-mesh grater and add to the pan.
Cover the pan and cook until the liquid starts to drop and the meat is ready.
Set the pan aside, add the sour cream and mix vigorously. Put it on the fire again and boil it a few more times. The taste of salt and pepper matches. At the end, add the finely chopped dill.
For this food I was going to make some pasta, but my family voted unanimously for polenta. :))
