Chicken with mustard and couscous couscous recipe

* 4 chicken legs
* 2 tablespoons mustard
* Paprika
* rosemary
* thyme
* 3-4 cloves of garlic
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* For the gasket:

* 250 g cus cus
* 50 g butter
* 4 cloves garlic
* green parsley
* salt and pepper

We mix the mustard with garlic and the other spices, then with the oil forming a paste like a mayonnaise. With this paste we grease the meat, which we wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Remove the meat from the foil and place it in a heat-resistant dish. Put in the oven over low heat until browned and the meat is well penetrated.

In a Teflon pan, lightly fry the couscous in melted butter. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon. Pour over 2 cups of hot water (enough to cover the pasta), cover with a lid and cook over low heat until all the liquid is reduced. The taste of salt and pepper matches. When it is almost ready, add the crushed garlic and the chopped green parsley.

Serve hot.
