* 1 chicken breast
* 3-4 tablespoons mustard
* salt and pepper
* 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
* 50 g susan
We rub the mustard with oil, as for mayonnaise. Add the spices, according to taste (and preference) and mix.
We cut the chicken breast into strips.
Put the pieces of meat in the sauce obtained (I also put a few pieces of pork tenderloin), cover with cling film and let it cool for at least half an hour.
Remove the pieces of meat from the sauce and roll them in sesame seeds, covering them well on both sides. We put them in a tray lined with baking paper
and put in the oven over low heat until golden brown.
Serve hot, along with a portion of potatoes glazed with mustard. 😉
