Chicken with potatoes and Bechamel white  sauce

* 1 chicken breast
* 4-5 medium potatoes
* 1 red
* salt and pepper
* Paprika

* For Bechamel sauce:

* 50 g butter
* 1 tablespoon flour
* 300 ml milk
* 50 g cheese
* 100 g sour cream
* salt and pepper
* nutmeg

Melt the butter, then add the flour and mix continuously, so as not to form lumps. Pour the cold milk, a little at a time and mix until it starts to thicken. Add the grated cheese and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

We cut the chicken breast into narrow strips, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise, as well as the tomatoes.

In a heat-resistant bowl greased with butter, we put the chicken breast strips as the first layer, cover with the potatoes placed in the shape of a tile

Cover everything with Bechamel sauce
