* 1/2 chicken breast and 2 wings
* 1 large onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 400 g peeled tomatoes from the can
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 100 g olives
* 1 glass of white wine
* green parsley
* salt and pepper
Finely chopped onion and meat are put in a few tablespoons of olive oil.
When the onion has become glassy and the meat is no longer red, add the tomatoes given through a blender or cut into cubes, depending on everyone's preference.
Add wine and a little water, if needed, enough to cover the meat. Bring to a boil, then add honey and thyme. The taste of salt and pepper matches.
When the sauce starts to drop, add the olives and continue to boil. Near the end, place the crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
Serve hot with a garnish of mashed potatoes or boiled rice.
