Chocolate and cheese sweet bread

Cake cake is a favorite of children. I also like it if it has chocolate : D, but I especially like that it is one of those cake recipes that is made in 2 strokes and 3 movements.

Because it's the weekend and the weather is a bit gloomy, let's cheer it up a bit, with a slice of chocolate cake and a cup of tea or coffee. 😉

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 ml evaporated milk or condensed milk for coffee (can be replaced with plain milk)
  • 10 g baking powder
  • esenta de rom
  • For the glaze:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • ~ 100 ml whipped cream

Preparation Chocolate and cheese check:

Put the broken chocolate in a bowl and melt it over low heat or in the microwave, as it is easier for you, together with the butter and oil. Add the sugar and rum essence to taste and mix until the composition becomes like a cream and the sugar melts. Put the cheese and mix until smooth, then the evaporated milk.

If you want a finer consistency, you can't find cheese beans in the cake, you can mix the cheese before adding it to the chocolate cream.

Now it's the turn of the eggs, we incorporate them in the composition, one by one, mixing well after each one. Add a pinch of salt. At the end we incorporate flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder.

Pour the composition into a guguluf tray well greased with oil and lined with flour.

Put the pan in the oven over medium heat for about 40-50 minutes. Small cracks will appear on the surface of the cake and it will be firm to the touch. Leave to cool in the pan, then turn over on a plate.

For the icing, melt the chocolate with a few tablespoons of whipped cream. Homogenize, then stirring constantly, pour the whipping cream until you reach the desired consistency.
