Chocolate and hazelnut cake recipe
- * 100 g butter
- * 150 g sugar
- * 200 g chocolate with hazelnuts
- * 2 eggs
- * vanilla essence
- * 150 g flour
- * 1 baking powder
Preparation Chocolate and hazelnut cake:
The soft butter at room temperature rubs with the sugar until it becomes a foam. Add the vanilla essence and the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one.
Melt the chocolate and add it to the composition, mixing continuously, then the flour mixed with the baking powder. At the end, add the beaten egg whites, with a pinch of salt.
The obtained composition is poured into a pan greased with butter and put in the oven over medium heat. The toothpick is tested.
After cooling, remove from the pan and dust with plenty of sugar.
