Dear ones, be sure to try this tart recipe . It's so good, you don't want to share it with anyone. :))))
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 large banana (well cooked)
- 100 g flour
- 1 tablespoon ground walnuts
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- For the filling:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 1 pineapple compote (of which you will put as much as you want, more or less)
Preparation Chocolate and pineapple tart:
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until they double in volume, then add the sugar and mix until they become like a cream. Pass the banana with a fork and put it in the egg cream. Flour mixed with baking powder and ground walnut is easily incorporated into the composition.
Pour the composition into a tart pan, greased with oil and lined with flour and bake on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes (until lightly browned on top and the edges come off the pan). Remove the top on a grill and leave to cool.
The chocolate is broken into pieces and mixed with liquid cream, melt it over low heat. When it has reached boiling point, set it aside and mix well. Let cool for at least 1 hour.
The cream will be soft. If you want it to have a firmer consistency, add only 100 ml of whipped cream or mix it after it is cold, until it becomes fluffy. I preferred to leave it like this, so that when you cut the slices, the chocolate will flow in waves. :)))
The top is lightly syruped with a syrup of water with sugar and a little rum essence (or compote juice). Pour the cream, cover with a layer of pineapple pieces
and garnish with whipped cream.
