A very good cocoa cake, fluffy and fragrant, easy and quick to make, suitable next to a cup of warm milk or with a steaming coffee. This cake is full of qualities. :))))
- 170 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tablespoons black cocoa
Method of preparation:
Rub the butter well with the sugar until it becomes fluffy. Then add the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one.
We mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa,
then lightly incorporate it into the butter cream, adding the cold milk. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then place them over the above composition, stirring gently, with movements from the bottom up.
The obtained composition is poured into a cake pan greased with butter
and bake over medium heat until small cracks appear on the surface of the cake. The toothpick is tested.
