Because it was cold outside… and because it was raining… I suggest that today we pamper ourselves and "warm up" :))) with a little chocolate . An easy recipe to make, a cake with fine cream cheese and chocolate icing.

And to make everything very tasty and fragrant, serve with a few strawberries. 😉

Ingredients:

  • For the countertop:
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 or
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • a little salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons black cocoa
  • 300 g flour
  • For the cream:
  • 225 g "Milk core" cheese
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 whipped cream hardener
  • For the glaze:
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Preparation Chocolate and cream cheese tart:

Wheat:

We mix in a bowl the cocoa flour, the powdered sugar (I grind it a little in the coffee machine), the baking powder, the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the egg and soft butter at room temperature and start kneading until you get a compact dough that no longer sticks to your hands.

Spread the dough in the tart pan, lifting on the edges, forming a border. Prick the dough from place to place with a fork, cover with a piece of baking paper and place a weight on top. This can be a saucepan, some beans or rice.

Put the tray in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, over medium heat. Leave to cool in the pan. After it has cooled very well, the top can be removed on a plate or it can remain in the tray.

Cheese cream:

The cheese is mixed with the vertical blender until it becomes fine. Add the condensed milk and continue mixing. Because it seemed a bit soft, I added 1 cream hardener and mixed it until it gained consistency.

I poured the cream over the counter and put it in the fridge until I prepared the chocolate icing.

Chocolate glaze:

Melt the broken chocolate pieces together with the whipping cream. Bring the composition to the boil, set aside and mix. Let it cool. When it has cooled well and hardened a little, pour over the cream cheese. Refrigerate again until the icing hardens.

It is portioned as desired. Good appetite!
