* 100 g butter
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* 150 g sugar
* 1 cup milk
* 3 eggs
* 200 g flour
* free of rum
* 1 baking powder
* For the glaze:
* 50 g powdered sugar
* 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
* candies for decoration
Melt the butter with the chocolate, add the milk and sugar mixed with the cocoa. Mix well and leave to cool.
After the composition cools, add the yolks one by one and mix well after each one until it is homogenous.
Incorporate flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Beat the egg whites hard as for meringue and add them to the composition, stirring lightly.
Pour the mixture into the pan well greased with butter and lined with flour.
Bake on medium heat for half an hour. The toothpick test is done.
For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice. Pour a little, stirring vigorously, until you reach the desired consistency.
After the cake has cooled, turn it over on the plate, pour the lemon icing and decorate with candies.
