I just spent the weekend in the mountains. And how Irina, my sister-in-law turned a beautiful age and how I was going to meet Loredana, one of the "Happy Chefs", I made a chocolate cake, to everyone's liking! Hope! :)))

Ingredients:

  • * For countertop:
  • * 6 eggs
  • * 6 tablespoons sugar
  • * 3 tablespoons oil
  • * 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • * 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • * 6 tablespoons flour
  • * 1 baking powder
  • * vanilla essence
  • * For cream 1:
  • * 200 g dark chocolate
  • * 220 ml liquid cream
  • * For cream 2:
  • * 200 g white chocolate
  • * 220 ml liquid cream
  • * For the glaze:
  • * 100 g dark chocolate
  • * 50 g butter
  • * 50 ml liquid cream
  • * For decoration:
  • * 100 ml fresh
  • * homemade chocolate candies
  • * 250 g biscuits
  • * For chocolates:
  • * 150 ml water
  • * 1 cana zahar
  • * 100 g butter
  • * 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • * 2 cups milk powder
  • * coconut
  • * For syrup:
  • * 100 g sugar
  • * ~ 50ml water

Preparation Chocolate cake and biscuits:

Wheat:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden. Add the sugar little by little and mix until you get a hard and shiny foam. Rub the yolks together with the oil and vanilla essence and pour over the egg white foam. Homogenize by mixing lightly, then incorporate flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. At the end, close to the moment of pouring the composition in the tray, we put the chocolate chips.

Pour the composition into a tray (24 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper and put in the oven over medium heat for about half an hour. Remove the top on a grill and leave to cool, then cut into 3 parts.

Cream:

Put the dark chocolate in a bowl together with the whipped cream and melt it over low heat, taking care that the whipped cream does not boil. Homogenize and refrigerate for a few hours, until hardened. Then mix until you get a chocolate cream. 😉

Proceed exactly with white chocolate.

Glaze:

Melt the chocolate together with the butter and whipped cream over low heat. When it boils, set it aside and mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.

Chocolate candies:

Boil the water with the sugar until the syrup binds. Add the butter and mix until it melts. Add cocoa and powdered milk. With our hands soaked in butter we form balls that we roll through coconut, in abundance.

Syrup:

The sugar is caramelized, then "quenched" with cold water. Leave to cool until the caramel melts, stirring occasionally.

In the tray with detachable ring (the one in which I baked the top) we put the first syrupy top, dark chocolate cream, the second top, white chocolate cream and the third top. Cover with icing cooled to room temperature and refrigerate for a few hours.

Remove the detachable ring, put around a thin layer of whipped cream, then glue the biscuits

Garnish with whipped cream, as many chocolates and chocolate chips.
