- For the countertop:
- 6 eggs husband
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- For the cream:
- 400 g white chocolate
- 400 ml whipped cream
- For syrup:
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 g sugar
- 40 g coconut
- Raffaello candies:
- 250 g milk powder
- 100 g old powder
- 40 g coconut + remaining coconut syrup
- 100 g butter
The cake with which we celebrated today the sweetest 4 years… a cake with white chocolate cream, absolutely sensational!
On almost all anniversaries, children's cakes were "themed". Now it came out as it came out of lack of inspiration and because little chicken asked me much too much than I can do :))

In the end, I agreed to be white with good candies from the TV, Raffaello. :)))
Preparation Cake with white chocolate cream:
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix until glossy, like meringue. Mix the yolks with the oil, until they become like a cream, then pour over the egg white foam and mix gently. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder.
Lightly homogenize with a spatula, stirring from the bottom up and pour the composition into a tray (24 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. Bake on medium heat for ~ half an hour. The toothpick is tested. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.
- The cream would be preferable to prepare the day before, to stay in the refrigerator overnight.
The broken chocolate is mixed with the whipped cream and put on low heat. Bring the composition to the boil, set aside and mix well. Leave to cool, then refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight, as I said.
The next day the cream mixes until it hardens and becomes fluffy.
- Don't make the mistake of tasting it, because then you run out of cake cream. :)))
Mix the milk with the coconut and sugar. Put on the fire and bring to a boil, until the coconut swells. Set aside, leave to cool, then strain through a fine sieve.
- I made half a serving of Raffaello candy . I used some of them for decoration, some of them I paped as such. 😉
Mix in a bowl the powdered milk with powdered sugar, coconut, soft butter. If the composition is too viscous, you can add a few tablespoons of whipped cream. Or reduce the amount of milk powder. Balls are modeled, which are then rolled in coconut.
The cooled worktop is cut into 3 parts. Each part is syruped. The cream is divided into 2 and placed between the worktops.
Garnish with whipped cream, coconut and Raffaello candy.
