These chocolate sticks are absolutely delicious biscuits that can be served without being decorated with chocolate . Ideal for breakfast or a coffee snack. :))
We will definitely make them for Christmas, along with other delicious cookies
- 150 g butter
- 120 g of sugar
- 225 g flour
- 1 yolk
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 30 g cocoa
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation Chocolate canes:
Soft butter at room temperature mix with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add the yolk and mix well until incorporated.
Separately mix the flour with the ground almonds, cocoa, baking powder and grated chocolate, then incorporate in the butter cream. Mix well by hand or with a spoon, until the composition binds and becomes a homogeneous dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
We break pieces of dough that we shape in the form of strings, the thickness of a finger. Place them in a tray lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.
Serve as such or garnished with chocolate.
