The combination of chocolate and walnut can only be a happy one, in my opinion. :)) These cookies were delicious, slightly crunchy, with an intense chocolate flavor, they went perfectly with coffee and a glass of milk prepared for Santa Claus. :))
|Chocolate chip cookies|
* 200 g dark chocolate
* 150 g nut
* 2 eggs
* 25 g butter
* 150 g sugar
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 2 dogs flour
* vanilla essence
Lightly fry the walnut in a Teflon pan, then peel it, rubbing it lightly between the palms.
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a bowl over low heat or in the microwave. When cool, add the vanilla essence.
Eggs are mixed with a pinch of salt and sugar until they double in volume. Add melted chocolate and mix lightly.
Put the flour mixed with the baking powder over the egg mixture with chocolate and lightly incorporate it with a wooden spoon. At the end add the walnuts and mix until it is well incorporated into the dough.
Let cool for 1 hour, during which time the composition will harden significantly. On the floured table we form 3 dough bars, which we will put in the tray lined with baking paper.
Bake on medium heat for about half an hour.
Remove from the oven, let it cool a bit and then with a sharp knife cut the bars into slices of about 1 cm. Place the slices back in the pan and bake again for 10 minutes, until crispy.
