This chocolate cream can be served as such, in small portions, not the other way around but it is quite consistent, or as a filling for various cake or cake recipes . Put in a jar in the fridge, it keeps well for a few days, I don't know more, because I finished it quickly. :))
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons whipped cream
- 6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 yolks
- 250 g mascarpone
Preparation Chocolate cream:
Melt the broken chocolate pieces over low heat together with the whipped cream. Homogenize and add the 2 yolks. Mix well and let cool.
Mix the mascarpone with the sweetened condensed milk, then incorporate it into the chocolate cream.
Simple and delicious!
