* 80 g brown sugar
* 50 g butter
* 2 eggs
* 250 ml milk
* 50 g ground walnuts
* 30 g flour
* 2 tablespoons cocoa
* butter for greased form
The soft butter at room temperature mixes with the sugar until the sugar melts and becomes like a cream. Add eggs and mix again.
Pour the milk a little, then the ground walnuts.
Flour mixed with cocoa is easily incorporated into the composition.
Grease a heat-resistant form with butter, pour the composition (which has a liquid consistency)
and bake on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes, until small cracks appear on the surface of the top.
Powder with sugar and serve.
