* 3 yolks
* 100 g sugar
* 100 ml milk
* 50 g cocoa
* 100 g dark chocolate
* 300 ml liquid cream
Rub the yolks well with the sugar until they turn white and become like a cream.
Add cocoa and mix.
Pour the cold milk little by little, then put it on the stove over low heat. Boil until it begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Put the broken chocolate pieces and mix until it melts. Set aside and leave to cool.
When the composition has cooled very well, add whipped cream and mix well, stirring lightly.
Put in the freezer for a few hours.
