So far I have tested many ice cream recipes . With milk, whipped cream, mascarpone… Definitely, they are all very good, we are big fans of homemade ice cream . But this combination is so good and does not require even a little effort, that you have to try it at least once. :)) If you already have an ice cream machine, everything is as simple as possible. Those who do not like cocoa can replace it with strawberries or any other seasonal fruit.
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 320 ml evaporated milk (unsweetened condensed milk)
- 250 ml liquid cream
- 2 tablespoons black cocoa
- esenta de rom
- vanilla essence
Preparation Ice cream with milk and cocoa:
- Of course the quantities can be adjusted depending on how sweet you like it.
In a bowl that we will then put in the freezer, mix the 2 types of milk with liquid cream. You can use the mixer, at low speed or simply with a spoon.
Put half of the quantity in another bowl and mix with cocoa and rum essence. In the other we will put the vanilla essence.
Put in the freezer for 1 hour-1 hour and a half, then mix with the vertical mixer, to break any ice needles. I once forgot about this operation, but it wasn't really a problem. 🙂 Refrigerate until completely frozen.
