Chocolate meringue recipe
- * 4 egg whites
- * 200 g sugar
- * 50 g dark chocolate
- * vanilla essence
Preparation Chocolate meringues:
Put the chocolate in the freezer for 10 minutes, then chop it in the mincer with a metal knife. We'll get some fine chocolate flakes. With the help of a palette we will incorporate the chocolate flakes in the meringue, with light movements from the bottom up.
In a tray lined with baking paper, motions of meringue are sprinkled. Place in the oven over low heat, with the oven door open, until dry.
