Ingredients:

  • * For muffins:
  • * 280 g flour
  • * 40 g cocoa
  • * 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • * 160 g sugar
  • * 200 ml liquid cream
  • * 260 ml milk
  • * vanilla essence
  • * For the filling:
  • * 100 g Almette cheese
  • * 100 g white chocolate
  • * vanilla essence

Preparation Chocolate muffins with Almette filling and white chocolate:

The cream cheese is mixed with melted chocolate and vanilla essence. Set aside until the dough is ready.

Mix the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa, baking soda and sugar. Mix the milk with the whipped cream and vanilla essence and pour lightly over the dry ingredients. Stir a little to absorb the liquid. The dough should remain slightly lumpy.

The muffin tins are filled about 1/3 with dough, put a teaspoon of filling (which will harden in the meantime), then cover with dough.

Bake on medium heat for about 25 minutes. Powder with sugar.
