Muffins or muffins are among our favorites, especially for dwarfs. Usually, when I prepare, about 10 -12 servings come out, and half disappear in the first hour.

  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 100 gr soft butter
  • 80 gr raw sugar
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 gr wheat flour
  • 2 lg black cocoa
  • 1 vrf lgta baking soda
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 g of blueberries

Prepare a tray with muffin tins. Place muffin paper in each slot.
Start the oven at 160 degrees C. Melt the chocolate on a steam bath. It can be melted with butter, I chose to froth it with melted chocolate. So put eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar in a bowl. Foam well with the mixer until the eggs double in composition and become creamy. Add the milk, continuing to froth.
The soft butter is frothed, adding a little of the melted chocolate. This composition is poured over the eggs, stirring constantly.
The flour is mixed with baking soda and cocoa powder, then together they are incorporated into the egg composition. Homogenize. Add the blueberries (I used frozen) and lightly incorporate them into the dough.

Fill the muffin papers to 3/4 of their capacity. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C – traditional oven or 160 degrees C – electric oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Remove and leave to cool.
They are velvety, tasty, and blueberries fit perfectly!
