The other day I was browsing the collection of cake recipes on Gabi's blog . And this recipe jumped into my eyes, which stuck to my soul instantly. :))) It's easy to understand why, isn't it? Because it's chocolate pliiiin !!!! :))))

4 egg whites
2 yolks
200 g dark chocolate
2 tablespoons milk
50 g sugar
a little butter (for greased form)
Whisk the egg whites, then add the sugar and mix until you get a hard and shiny foam.
Melt the chocolate together with the milk. Homogenize and leave to cool, then add the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one.

Then add a few tablespoons of egg white foam. Then pour over the remaining egg whites and mix lightly with a spatula, stirring from the bottom up.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter very well (if you have small forms of soufflé it is ideal) and pour the composition. We put the pot in a tray in which we put water (the water must reach half of the pot) and put it in the oven on low heat, for about 25 minutes, without opening the oven door.
Leave to cool, portion and serve with whipped cream, kept in the freezer for 30 minutes.

A dessert madness, crispy on the outside, wet on the inside, that you can't bear to leave it in the tray and don't leave it until you're ready. :)) That crust that forms on the surface, will crack when portioned.
