Because I still had some chocolate chips left over from the fried bananas in the fridge, I had to find a use for them :)) and what came out came out…
* For the dough:
* 190 g flour
* 1 teaspoon dried yeast
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 100 ml milk
* 40 g butter
Put the flour in a bowl and mix with the yeast and a pinch of salt. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough.
* For chocolate muffins:
* 50 g dark chocolate
* 30 g of sugar
* 1 teaspoon water
* 1 teaspoon butter
* 1 yolk
Melt the sugar with the water over low heat. Pour the obtained syrup over the egg yolk, put the bowl in the bain-marie and mix until you get a clear and frothy cream. Add the soft butter at room temperature and mix. Add the chocolate and mix until the composition turns into a compact mass. Put in the fridge until it hardens.
* For the chocolate topping:
* 50 g dark chocolate
* 50 ml liquid cream
Melt the chocolate together with the liquid cream, mix well and leave it to cool until it hardens.
Spread the dough in a thin sheet on a lightly floured table.
Grease with the chocolate topping, then evenly distribute the grated chocolate mousse on the grater with small mesh.

Roll the sheet as tight as possible, then with a sharp knife cut 3 cm thick slices.
Put in a heat-resistant dish greased with butter

and bake on medium heat until golden brown.
