Recipe By Timea . They are very good, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside because I made them thicker, the shape being small. I really liked them, they are easy to make and tasty.
- 500 g flour
- 250 g margarine with 70-80% fat
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1/2 lgt sugar
- 2 lgt salt
- 1 egg yolk + 2 lgt milk
- sesame or cumin seeds
Method of preparation:
Mix the yeast with the sugar, a little warm milk and a little flour and leave it to rise for a few minutes. Flour mixed with salt is kneaded well with margarine until crumbly.
Pour the yeast, milk and egg over the flour and knead well until it becomes a non-sticky dough, which is left to rise for 15-20 minutes.
Spread a sheet about 5-8mm thick and cut the salts with a star shape.
Place in a tray lined with baking paper and grease with beaten egg with milk, and sprinkle seeds on top.
Bake approx. 15 minutes in the preheated oven until golden brown. It looks great on the holiday table!
