cinnamon rolls dessert for two

Another recipe that is a bit long in a row :)). I probably waited for this cold and ugly weather, to pathetically urge you to the kitchen. :))

Some delicious cinnamon rolls , which can be served with a cup of milk or why not? one with coffee. 🙂

The way the dough is wrapped does not belong to me. I also saw him at Andreea's , but I certainly don't remember where I first saw him.

Ingredients:

  • For the dough:
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 75 g old
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 60 g butter
  • ~ 550 g flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon candied orange peel
  • For the filling:
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation Rotated with cinnamon:

It took:

Mix the yeast with 1 tablespoon of sugar, 50 ml of warm milk and a little flour. Homogenize and leave in a warm place until it swells and blisters begin to appear on the surface.

Put the mayonnaise in the pan of the bread machine, then add the eggs, the rest of the sugar, the melted and cooled butter, the orange peel, the remaining milk and the flour little by little.

  • Depending on the type of flour, it is possible for less flour to enter.

Knead until all the ingredients are incorporated and obtain an elastic dough. Let it rise until it doubles in volume.

Filling:

Remove the dough on the lightly floured table and spread it in a rectangular sheet about 1 cm thick. Grease with soft butter at room temperature, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Fold the edges of the sheet in half, wrapping it in 3, forming a large rectangle. Then fold once more into 3, forming a small rectangle. The rectangle thus obtained is stretched with the twister, easy not to break, in a sheet about 2 cm thick. Run as long as possible. The roll is then cut into 3 finger-thick pieces, using a piece of thread. We put the thread under the roll, then we tighten it as if we were making a knot. The cut pieces are flattened slightly by hand, then twisted in a spiral.

Place the spirals in a tray lined with baking paper, let it rise a little in a warm place, then put it in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
