* For the dough:

* 240 ml milk
* 100 g sugar
* 80 g butter
* 2 eggs
* 2 and 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 4 dogs flour

* Filling:

* 100 g sugar
* 80 g butter
* 2-3 tablespoons of cinnamon

* Glaze:

* 100 g butter
* 150 g Almette cheese
* 150 g powdered sugar
* nuts

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Then add sugar, eggs, soft butter, salt and flour. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic, but slightly sticky. Cover and let rise until it doubles in volume.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured table and spread a rectangular sheet about 0.5 cm thick. Grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, as evenly as possible.

Roll as tight as possible, lengthwise, then cut a roll of 4-5 cm with a thread. Cutting the rolls with thread is indicated, because it cuts perfectly, and the layers remain distinct.

The obtained rolls are placed in a tray lined with baking paper and left to rise for about half an hour.

Glaze:

Almette cream cheese is mixed with soft butter and powdered sugar until a fluffy and delicious cream is obtained. 🙂

Remove the rolls from the oven and, hot, cover with a grater, and sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the grease.
