The famous Bounty bars on the market have always been a point of attraction for me. I really like the aroma of coconut, we always consume it and we also really like coconut milk.
Starting from a box of coconut milk and a box of condensed milk, we prepared in an ultra fast pace, some candies of this kind. They have exceeded good expectations, so I put them on the list of favorites. I think the happiest was David, because he “knowingly stole” many pieces from the fridge that he enjoyed tactfully. The little one was an accomplice

- 400 gr condensed milk (from the thickest)
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 300 (+50 gr) coconut
- 80 gr butter
- 400 gr dark chocolate / with milk
- 100 ml of sweet milk
Coconut milk if removed from the cold is buttery and solid. Take two large tablespoons of this milk and use it in the composition.
Unwrap the condensed milk can (or if you have made it at home), pour the contents into a larger bowl. Add the coconut milk, butter and 3/4 of the coconut. Stir until smooth. If necessary, add the rest of the coconut, the composition should be dense. It is poured into a paper baking dish. It is spread in a layer of 3-4 cm, then covered with a food foil, leveled nicely and stored cold where it will harden and behave like a compact block. Leave to cool for 2-3 hours.
Melt the chocolate together with the milk, preferably on a steam bath to mix nicely and easily, then set aside, leave to cool.
The coconut composition is portioned with a very sharp knife, in 3 x 3 cm cubes, or according to preferences in long bars, and glazed with chocolate, then left to harden on a cake rack. Then let cool until ready to serve.
