* 6 egg whites

* 3 tablespoons chocolate balls
* 6 tablespoons flour
* 1 baking powder

The egg whites are mixed with a pinch of salt until they harden very well. Add the sugar and vanilla essence and mix until the foam becomes shiny, like meringue.
Incorporate the coconut, then the flour mixed with the baking powder, lightly, with movements from bottom to top. At the end, we add the chocolate balls.
The resulting composition is poured into a cake pan lined with baking paper and put in the oven over medium heat until browned. The toothpick is tested.
Leave to cool in the pan, then slice.
