Ice cream with coffee recipe
What do you say? Are we going out for coffee with ice cream today? :))
Honestly, this heat kind of cuts my walking urge, so I made an ice cream with coffee, to have at my discretion and without having to go to the store.
I used caffeine-free ness for this recipe. I bought it one day out of curiosity and the desire to satisfy my coffee craving in the late afternoon. It’s not who knows what “his head” but in the ice cream it fell just right and gave an irresistible taste… mmm…!
coffee ice cream without caffeine
- 2 tablespoons ness without caffeine
- 250 ml milk
- 300 g sweetened condensed milk
- 200 ml cream for whipped cream / liquid whipped cream
Preparation Coffee ice cream (without caffeine):
The way to prepare this coffee ice cream is extremely simple, it’s ready in a few minutes. It’s harder to wait until it freezes. I suspect that an ice cream machine will do its job much better, but even this summer I didn’t manage to put it at the top of the list of priorities 🙁
In warm milk we dissolve the ness without caffeine. Then add condensed milk and whipped cream.
- The box of condensed milk weighs 400 g. If you think it is not sweet enough for your taste, put all 400 g
Homogenize and put the dish in the freezer for an hour and a half, maybe two 😀 until it starts to freeze. Mix the semi-frozen ice cream to break the ice needles and put it back in the freezer until completely frozen.
Before serving, leave the ice cream for a few minutes at room temperature, then portion.
