Coffee muffin recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 200 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- esenta de rom
- 1 teaspoon ness
Preparation of coffee muffins:
Eggs mix well with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Add the sugar and mix until they become like a cream. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, mix it with the oil, then incorporate it into the egg cream. We also pour a little milk, rum essence and ness. At the end we incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Pour the composition into molds and bake on medium heat for about 30-35 minutes. The toothpick is tested.
Serve simple, powdered with sugar or glazed with chocolate, as preferred. And definitely next to a latte. 😉
