* 250 g of cottage cheese
* 150 g sugar
* 200 g butter
* 2 dogs flour
* 1 baking powder
* vanilla essence
* strawberry jam
Soft butter at room temperature mix with sugar until fluffy. Add the cheese and mix until everything becomes like a cream.
The flour is mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt is poured over the butter cream with cheese and a homogeneous but sticky dough is kneaded. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour until hardened.
Spread the dough on a well-floured table in a 0.5 cm thick sheet. With the shape of a popcorn, cut an even number of cookies. In half of them we will cut a small circle, on the center of the shape.
On the whole forms put a 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam ,
then cover with cut-out shape.
Place in a tray lined with baking paper and bake over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Leave to cool on a grill, then powder with sugar.
