Cookies with honey and oatmeal and peanut butter

They are very easy to make, aromatic and even dietary. When they are freshly taken out of the oven, they have a crispy exterior, and inside they are soft and fluffy. Recipe taken from the packaging of oatmeal.

Cookies with honey and oatmeal and peanut butter


  • 150 g of oatmeal
  • 50 g butter or margarine
  • 100 g of honey
  • 10 tablespoons milk
  • 1 or
  • 175 g flour (white or wholemeal)
  • 1/2 sachet baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Mix flour with baking powder, cinnamon and oatmeal. Separately mix honey with egg, butter and milk. Pour the liquid mixture over the solid ingredients and mix well.
Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
With the help of a spoon or teaspoon – depending on how big we want to make the cookies – take the dough and place it in the tray, leaving the distance between them because they will grow.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Approximately 24 pieces come out of these quantities, respectively two trays of cookies.
