If you like chicken breast snacks, you can't help but like this recipe. My kids liked it too, but they dug out the cheese. :)))

* 1 chicken breast
* ~ 100 g cheese
* 8-10 slices of ham (depending on how big the pieces of breast come out)
* salt and pepper
* thyme and basil
* 1 or
* 2 tablespoons flour
* pesmet
* oil for frying

The chicken breast is sliced. Each half of the chest is cut in half. We will thus have 4 pieces that we cover with food foil and beat them with the hammer of the slices until they thin.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, thyme and basil. or any other spices you like. Cover the entire surface with thin slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese. We only put the cheese slice on one end. It runs as tight as possible.

Beat the egg well with a pinch of salt, add the flour and mix well. Put the breadcrumbs on a plate. Each roll is passed through the composition of egg with flour, then through breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs must cover the roll very well, especially on the ends, so that the cheese that will melt during frying does not leak.

If you want a thicker crust, the operation will be repeated.

Fry in a pan with hot oil. Remove on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
