Good cold or hot, to be packed, to be served at any time of the day! They are made so simple, it is a joy to prepare these muffins. They go very well even on a plate with snacks, you just have to cut them into slices! Maybe you try them too, when you don't want to prepare something complicated!

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 ml oil
  • 250 gr yogurt
  • 9 tablespoons flour
  • 150 gr cheese
  • 200 gr of ham
  • 5 tablespoons corn kernels
  • 2-3 sprigs of green parsley (or more if you have)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated baking powder

Method of preparation:

Cut the cheese into cubes, as well as the ham.
Finely chop the green parsley
Mix the foam eggs with a little salt.
Add the oil, then the yogurt.
Put the sifted flour together with the baking powder, incorporate them well.
Add the parsley, cheese, ham and mix with a spoon / spatula.
At the end, add the corn kernels.

Prepare some muffin tins or a paper tray.
Put composition in them, but do not fill them more than 3/4.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Insert the muffins for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Do the test with the toothpick (be careful, if you hit cheese, it will look unripe) and when they are ready, take them out of the oven.
Let them cool a bit, then they can be served.
I go very well with a cup of milk, yogurt or even a tomato cut and sprinkled with a little salt.
