* 1 chicken breast
* 150 g cus cus
* 100 g cheese
* 1 red
* 2 cloves garlic
* salt and pepper
We cut the chicken breast into slices. We put it in a frying pan in a few tablespoons of olive oil. When it starts to brown, put the garlic cut in 4, salt, pepper and paprika, to taste.
Grease a yena bowl with butter and sprinkle with uncooked couscous.
Place the browned slices on top of the breast, and pour a cup of hot water on top.
Cover the meat with tomato slices, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with basil.
We cover everything with cheese slices
and put in the oven at the right heat, until the cheese melts and begins to brown.
