Recipe Pie with cottage cheese
- * For the dough:
- * 1 or
- * 330 g yogurt
- * 50 g sugar
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 50 g melted butter
- * 10 g of dry yeast
- * vanilla essence
- * ~ 500 g flour
- * For the filling:
- * 300 g of cottage cheese
- * 100 g sugar
- * 2 eggs
- * free of rum
Preparation Cheese pie:
Beat the egg with the sugar and salt. Add melted and cooled butter, yogurt and essence.
Put the flour in the pan of the bread machine, then add the yeast and the egg mixture. Select the kneading + leavening program.
- If it is kneaded by hand, follow the same procedure, kneading until the dough becomes elastic and no longer sticks to the hands.
- If necessary, add a little flour.
The cheese mixes well with lightly beaten eggs, sugar and rum essence.
- If it is too soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of starch. If the cheese is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.
The dough is turned over on the floured table and divided into 2, we spread each piece in a thick sheet of about 0.5 cm thick.
Spread the cheese filling on each of them, then roll as tightly as possible.
The obtained rolls are placed in cake trays well greased with oil, then they are left in a warm place until they almost double their volume. Grease with beaten egg yolk with a little milk and put in the oven, over medium heat, until golden brown.
