Ingredients:

  • * 180 g Milli butter cream
  • * 3 eggs
  • * 150 g sugar
  • * 250 ml sour cream for whipped cream
  • * 50 g chocolate
  • * 20 g cocoa
  • * 150 g flour
  • * 1 baking powder
  • * vanilla essence

Preparation Cake with cream and chocolate:

Melt the chocolate, let it cool. Beat the sour cream until you get the whipped cream.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them hard with a pinch of salt.

We mix the butter cream with sugar and vanilla essence. Add the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one. Followed by chocolate, then flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. At the end, add the whipped cream and egg whites, stirring lightly.

Pour the obtained dough into a tray well greased with butter and put it in the oven over medium heat. We test the toothpicks.

Leave to cool in the pan, turn over on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
