The idea for this cheese and chocolate cake came to me out of necessity :)) I had some chocolate from Santa and I didn't know what to do with it. After a short but meticulous search through the refrigerator, I decided to make a cheesecake , which I improved :)) with chocolate cream .
Ingredients:

- * 100 g butter
- * 150 g Almette cheese
- * 200 g sugar
- * 3 eggs
- * 220 g flour
- * 1 baking powder
- * vanilla essence
- * For the filling:
- * 100 g chocolate
- * 150 g liquid cream
- * For decoration:
- * 100 g liquid cream
- * chocolate balls
Preparation Cheesecake and chocolate:
I mixed the soft butter at room temperature together with the cream cheese. I added 100 g of sugar (powder) and mixed until I got a fine cream.
I separated the eggs, adding the yolks in the cream cheese, one by one, mixing well after each one. I mixed the flour with the baking powder and added it to the cream, mixing lightly.
I beat the egg whites hard with a pinch of salt. I added the rest of the sugar and vanilla essence and mixed until I got a glossy meringue. I poured over the cheese mixture and mixed.
I baked in the cake pan lined with baking paper, over medium heat, until browned on top.
Filling:
Melt the chocolate together with the whipped cream, mix well and let it cool. When it starts to harden, mix until you get a fluffy cream.
We cut the cooled cake into appropriate thick slices. The tray in which I baked is lined with food foil.
Grease each slice of cake with chocolate cream and rebuild the cake in the pan.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate balls.
The portioning will be done obliquely, so that the cream stripes will be parallel 😉
