Creamy and chocolatey, the dream of any chocolate maker :)) And Adi Hadean is one of them… :)))
- * 100 g dark chocolate
- * 250 g mascarpone
- * 2 yolks
- * 2 tablespoons almond liqueur
Preparation Creamy and chocolate truffles:
Melt the chocolate on a steam bath.
After it has melted, add the 2 yolks and mix well. Stirring continuously, add mascarpone, and at the end the almond liqueur.
Let cool until it begins to thicken. Put the composition on a piece of baking paper and roll, squeezing well at the ends.
Refrigerate again until completely hardened.
It is portioned and served as such or with a whipped cream.
