* 5 potatoes
* 1/2 clove of garlic
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* salt and pepper
* 5 tablespoons olive oil
Peeled potatoes are cut into thick slices.
From garlic and spices is made a mujdei, which we pour over the potatoes.
We roll the potatoes so seasoned in corn and put them in a tray,
sprinkle with oil and bake until golden brown.
A recipe taken from Rivka , which assures us that they are very good. Know that this is so. Worth a try. 😉
