My dears, for today I propose a recipe for crispy baked chicken legs, simple, so from Sunday morning :)) A healthier and more flavorful alternative to the classic snits. I used the cups and a piece of chest, you can use what you want and what you like.
Preparation Crispy baked chicken legs:
In a deep plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the dry spices, salt and pepper.
Separately beat the egg well with a pinch of salt.
Pass the meat through the beaten egg, then through the flavored breadcrumbs. Roll the meat well on all sides, then place in the oven tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 45 minutes, until golden brown. About halfway through the preparation time, they return to the other side.
