Crispy baked snails recipe

Meat dishes are children's favorites. Great tragedy if we ever have a meatless day. :)) This is how I constantly have to vary the recipes to come up with something new, not necessarily because they ask for it, but because that's how I feel. :))

This time, because I wanted something good and fragrant and because I wanted to respond to the challenge launched by Teo and , that of creating my own mixture of spices, I made these crispy snacks.

~ 300 g turkey breast
2 eggs

hot pepper flakes
lemon powder (prepared as orange powder )
freshly ground pepper

3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Place the breadcrumbs over the spice mixture and mix well.

The meat is cut into narrow strips.

Beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt.

The meat strips are passed through the beaten egg, then through the aromatic breadcrumbs. Cover well with breadcrumbs on all sides. Then place in a tray lined with baking paper.

Put the tray in the oven over medium heat for about 40 minutes, during which time they will return to the other side.

Extremely simple to make, they can be served with any garnish you like or simple, with tomato salad with basil.
